BBQ Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1 package of baby back pork ribs

  • Yellow mustard

  • Black pepper

  • Paprika

  • Garlic powder

  • Onion powder

  • Tonys creole seasoning

  • Chili powder

  • Brown sugar

  • Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Remove your ribs from the packaging and pat dry on both sides.

  2. Preheat your oven to 300 degrees.

  3. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs, or they can get chewy.

  4. Add yellow mustard to the ribs and massage it into the meat evenly as a binder.

  5. Add black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Tony’s creole, and chili powder to taste. Top with a bit of brown sugar sprinkled evenly on top and rub/pat into the meat.

  6. Flip your ribs over and repeat the mustard binder and seasoning steps.

  7. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil once your ribs are seasoned on both sides.

  8. Place your seasoned ribs on the lined baking sheet and then loosely cover them in foil.

  9. Place your ribs in the oven for two hours.

  10. Once the two-hour timer is up, brush your ribs with the Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce on both sides. Make sure you flip them carefully, as they will fall apart.

  11. Place your brushed ribs back into the oven uncovered and broil for 5-8 minutes until the sauce looks caramelized and sticky.

  12. Take them out of the oven to cool them, and then enjoy!
