Gingerbread Latte (Starbucks Copy Cat Recipe)
Ingredients
Gingerbread syrup
Pumpkin pie spice
Whipped cream
2% milk
Starbucks blonde espresso
1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
Instructions
Get a heat-safe glass.
Put three pumps of gingerbread syrup in the cup.
Add 1-2 shots of Starbucks Blonde Espresso, depending on the strength you want your coffee.
Add 1/2 tbsp of granulated sugar and about 1/4 tsp of pumpkin pie spice to your espresso while it’s warm. Mix to combine syrup, sugar, and pie spice.
Add 2% milk to your espresso until it turns a light brown. Probably about 1 1/2 cups.
To the side, mix whipped cream, a small splash of milk, and a pinch of pumpkin pie spice to create a creamy foam.
Put two spoonfuls into your espresso and mix to make your latte creamy. Save one spoonful to sit on top of the drink.
Add ice.
Add the spoonful of your whipped cream mixture to the top.
Add whipped cream to the top of your drink and dust with more pumpkin pie spice as a garnish.
